Session Length & Types

30-minute sessions:
These sessions are available for Akashic Record readings only. Typically, you will get 1-2 questions answered in this time frame.

1-hour sessions:
These sessions are available for either IFS, Akashic Record readings, or the combination of IFS and Akashic Records. For Akashic Record readings you will typically get 2-4 questions answered within the hour.

90-minute sessions:
These sessions are available for either IFS alone, or the combination of IFS and Akashic Records.

All sessions are held over Zoom and I see clients from all over in the world. Please note that I am not available on weekends or evenings (Central US time).

Rates

Standard Rate: $150 $250 $375

Sliding Scale 1: $125 $200 $300

Sliding Scale 2: $100 $150 $225

Sliding Scale 3: $90 $100 $150

Sliding Scale 4*: FULL

In 2022 when I started my own personal IFS journey, I only had access to IFS sessions because I had a practitioner who charged a sliding scale range that I could afford. Because of that, it's important to me that I continue that legacy of giving access to people who would otherwise struggle to afford IFS sessions. At the same time, I have to balance my desire to give back with the practical needs of supporting my family, which is why my rates are listed as they are.

*The lowest tier of my sliding scale is where I wish to give back the most. If you would like to create more open slots for people who need this lowest rate, please consider paying my standard rate.

My heart goes into every session and I believe everybody deserves access to healing and spiritual guidance regardless of their financial status, and I wish to do my part in contributing to a more equitable society.
